I've been taking an art class at our homeschool co-op for a little over mouth and here is my first completed project, a pencil sketched sunflower:
I been working on this for a while now. But here is a painting I did for my aunt and uncle for a going away/early Christmas present. I painting it on a canvas board with two holes drilled in the top and hung with a ribbon.
I knitted this potholder for a friends birthday. I found the pattern online for the pumpkin part, added the color changes, made a back the same size and crocheted the two sides together.

New Recipe: Oreo Trifle
I invented a "new" dessert tonight and wanted to share it with all of you. It is really simple, fast and requires only a few ingredients.
1 pkg. instant pudding mix (any flavor, I used white chocolate)
2 cups cold milk (or whatever pudding requires)
5 - 6 Oreos
Whipped cream (example - Redi Whip)
Whisk milk and pudding mix together and let set 5 minutes or until pudding is set. In the meantime crush Oreos in a ziplock baggie with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin. Add to pudding mixture, reserving about a tablespoon for garnish. Pour into glass or bowl, top with whipped cream and remaining Oreos. Enjoy!
Makes 4 trifles.
Let me know if you tried the recipe and what other combinations you tried. Maybe snickers and chocolate pudding?
